Train like a pro this summer.

The Invictus High-Performance 2-Week Program is designed for committed players who want to level up their game in strength, speed, and technique right before the season begins.

 

Over the course of two intensive weeks, athletes will undergo physical training focused on:

 

  • Explosive strength

  • Speed and agility

  • Power and endurance

  • Position-specific skills

  • Nutritional tips and fitness tracking

 

Dates: 1st Week: July 14- July 18

               2nd Week: July 21- July 25

Location: Kendall Soccer Park 

Schedule: Will be sent once payment it's completed.
